Pad Printing Inks
Tampoplus pad printing inks are high-quality single or two-component formulations, designed to offer maximum versatility in pad printing. Thanks to their excellent adhesion on a wide variety of materials, they represent the ideal solution for numerous industrial applications.
On which materials can I use these inks?
These inks are perfect for printing on various substrates such as paper, cardboard, glass, metal, PVC, ABS, PET, and many other plastic materials. Their high-pigmentation formulation ensures superior coverage, vibrant colors, and sharp detail definition—essential elements for achieving high-quality prints.
How to properly use the inks with a pad printing machine:
In cases where adhesion on particularly difficult surfaces is not optimal with ink alone, you can add the Hardener 3000 catalyst in proportions between 5% and 10%. Once catalyzed (recommended at 3-5%), the usable time for the mixture is approximately 6 hours, after which the ink will no longer be usable. After application, full chemical and mechanical properties develop within 24 hours at room temperature.
Certifications
Thanks to their excellent workability and scratch resistance, Tampoplus pad printing inks are widely used in electronics, automotive, cosmetics, packaging, and toy manufacturing. All colors in the range are F.P.T. (Food Packaging and Toys) certified, compliant with the European standard EN 71-3, making them safe even for applications on toys and packaging intended for food contact.
