Screen printing ink for Nylon 1Kg

The "NYLON SAC" series is composed of formulated inks for textile printing on glossy and opaque synthetic material and are usually used for the preparation of sports bags and umbrellas. They are extremely easy to print and have excellent adhesion and rub resistance, together with high plasticity. The semi-shiny/opaque aspects depend on the deposited thickness and ink penetration into textile. Because of the high plasticity of ink prints need longer drying time. The hot drying air also gives the chemical and thermal stress better resistance tests.

The "NYLONSAC" inks are stable under because they have good characteristics of "auto-solvency". Screen printed fabrics are recommended with wide mesh (21-34 children / cm.) When printing on dark bases, and fabrics with finer mesh (77-120 children / cm.)
