Fast-drying PLASTSPEED type inks are specially designed for application in the textile printing industry. This ink only dries with a screen printing oven conveyor.
However, it is still desirable, after drying for a few seconds under the I.R. lamps, to proceed to the final polymerization temperature of 130 ° -150 ° C. during 3-5 minutes. The maximum resistance to wearing and washing is thus obtained.
The inks in this series are intended for the decoration of natural and synthetic fabrics for direct printing or hot transfer processes.
They are used in decoration of all kinds of T-shirts, sportswear, working clothes when prints must be resistant to washing and wearing.
Features - PLASTSPEED inks have exceptional coverage and can therefore be used even on very dark fabrics.
They are easy to print, do not contain volatile solvents and therefore do not obstruct the printing dies.
The prints made with these inks have a "plastic" hand, which can be softened by printing on thinner fabrics.
"PLASTSPEED" inks come with a viscosity already suitable for printing. If, however, you want to print on very thin fabrics, medium diluent 242 is available and can be used for dilution in the desired quantity.
