Optimal Printing:

Coarse fabrics (43-55 threads/cm) → high coverage on dark backgrounds
Fine fabrics (77-100 threads/cm) → tricolor prints or softer hand feel

PLASTISOL Ink Thinning:

PLASTSPEED inks are ready to use with optimal viscosity. If needed—for very fine fabrics, for example—you can use the specific thinner, adding the desired amount to adjust consistency.

Tip: Start with small amounts of thinner and gradually add until the desired fluidity is achieved.

How to dry the ink?

To ensure optimal wash resistance, the ink must be cured indirectly at 150°C for 2-3 minutes. You can set it using an intermediate dryer or a curing tunnel. For home applications, a hot air dryer or transfer press can be used, taking care not to apply direct pressure on the fabric and maintaining indirect curing. Note: With plastisol ink, ironing on the reverse side is ineffective, as this type of ink does not air-dry and remains permanently wet.

Fast gelation in seconds (IR or tunnel at 130-150°C)
Final polymerization at 130-150°C for 3-5 minutes → maximum resistance to wear and washing
